As a core processor that proudly focuses on serving only credit unions, Sharetec is eager to welcome new employees with credit union backgrounds. Daria Hanks, one of our new Customer Learning and Experience Specialists, joins us remotely from McDonough, GA, and brings nearly 20 years of credit union experience!
Daria has worked in many positions in the CU world; Teller, MSR, Call Center Management, Consumer/Mortgage Lending, and Learning & Development! “I think having been in so many different roles helps broaden my perspective on how to approach software training and content creation,” Daria stated.
When asked about what made Daria want to work at Sharetec, she said, “…I love CUs because they focus on serving their members by providing useful and practical financial services. Sharetec offered me the opportunity to help out from a different perspective, by providing learning and development support to the CU staff and serving their membership.”
As a Customer Learning and Experience Specialist, Daria will focus on creating and updating Sharetec Academy content and training our credit union customers. We are so excited to welcome Daria to Team Sharetec, and know her CU experience will be of great value to our CU partners!
