That’s why we are always looking to add experienced, people-centric staff to our dynamic team! Our new Device Support Technician, Chandal Post, joins us from Angola, Indiana, working both remotely and with her teammates in the Fort Wayne office!
“I have worked in IT all my life,” said Chandal. “Starting out as a help desk manager in my early years, to a Network Administrator later on. I then went back to school to become a (computer programming degree) Software Developer which I have done for many years, and then most recently worked with all the data captured in databases as a Business Analyst. Creating various reports for all different levels of a company to see is one of my favorite things to do.”
Chandal is excited for the opportunity to learn all about Sharetec software, with aspirations to one day transition over to the Sales team. “All my life I have thrived working with people,” Chandal continued. “Whether it be coworkers or clients, I have always enjoyed making a difference for someone. I thrive on communication and teaching rather than just fixing and most clients I work with appreciate that because everyone wants to be able to do things and grow on their own. My love language is words of affirmation and if you do your job correctly at Sharetec you get all the praise you need, which in return fuels me to do bigger and better things.”
