At Sharetec, we pride ourselves on providing learning and growth opportunities to our employees. Back in November 2024, Krystle Smart-Dessimus joined our team as a Project Manager – and after just a few short months, earned her promotion to Project Management Office (PMO) Manager!

Krystle’s focus has been on learning the ins and outs of a new industry, building relationships, improving processes, and ensuring project managers have the support and structure they need to succeed.

“I love the opportunity to help people develop professionally while also contributing to operational excellence,” Krystle stated. “Seeing how small changes can make a big impact on efficiency and job satisfaction is so rewarding.”

As a PMO Manager, Krystle is responsible for refining project management processes, fostering collaboration, and ensuring project managers have the tools and guidance they need to deliver successful projects. Her role also involves coaching and mentoring, which aligns with her passion for people and professional development.

“I was drawn to this role because it allows me to combine my love for organization with my passion for helping people thrive in their careers,” Krystle continued. “I’m excited about creating a supportive environment where project managers can grow, and I look forward to making meaningful improvements that enhance both efficiency, customer experience and job satisfaction.”
