As a core processor, Sharetec is always enthusiastic about hiring team members with core backgrounds. Brandy Collins, our new Core Services Specialist, brings years of credit union and core experience! Joining us remotely from Brooksville, FL, Brandy is excited to embark on her new career adventure with Sharetec!
Much of Brandy’s experience involves core and hardware support for small to mid-sized credit unions’ in-house and full-service bureaus. She also has experience with installing and training on core addon products, QA, writing guides, conversions, and configuring hardware and servers. “Improving or creating processes and guides or cheat sheets to improve workflow or speed it up is exciting to see when it comes to fruition because everyone benefits and, for me, it creates satisfaction like completing a puzzle,” Brandy stated. “Loving or at least really liking your job helps to make you as an individual want to do better and provide the best experience possible for the client.”
Brandy hopes her financial background will help to energize and support her team as well as other departments and customers. Brandy said, “I’m excited to start this new chapter and hope with my years of experience I can help contribute to making Sharetec even better than it already is.”
As a member of the Core Services Team, Brandy will assist in implementing and training some of Sharetec’s core addon products, along with client mergers and conversions. Her primary focus will be on all things core lending, from training to setting up products, credit bureau reporting, processing loan applications, indirect lending, and more.
