Meet our Team: Sean Brown

Sean Brown, CSSA

Sharetec is all about strengthening its core. That’s why we are always on the lookout for talented individuals with strong core backgrounds to join our team! Sean Brown, one of our newest Customer Success Support Analysts (CSSA), joins us remotely from Ogden, Utah, and has five years of experience supporting “community cores” deployed primarily at small, local community credit unions.

Through his previous experience, Sean has become familiar with CU processing and has learned how to address a variety of technical issues. Most of Sean’s past duties involved back-office and EFT support, but he has also handled just about every possible server problem under the sun – from lending and teller issues to back-office processes!

When asked about his new role at Sharetec, Sean explained, “I am with the Online Services customer success team (aka the Bomb Squad!), and online CU technology is pretty much the only area I haven’t had much experience with so it’s kind of fun to be sort of “rounding out” my base-level CU tech & processing experience like this… I’ve been trying to focus on the customer communication and support skills that I’ve honed over a 12-year career in tech support to try and make my new clients with Sharetec learn to really appreciate that I and my team are here to help with whatever issues these credit unions are having.”
