Core Services Specialists are at the core of our business (pun definitely intended), and we’ve been continuously expanding our resources with top-notch additions like Teresa Carmouche. Working remotely from the Sunshine State, Florida, Teresa joins Sharetec as a Core Services Specialist, focusing on Back Office and Accounting in her new role.
Teresa worked for a different core software company for over 22 years, and in this position, she became extremely knowledgeable about the credit union industry, handling CU training, setup, and project management for credit union onboarding with that core provider. Having been through over 50 conversions as a Project Manager, Teresa has built an extensive understanding of credit unions and their needs during this process. When asked why she loves to do what she does, Teresa stated, “…it’s exciting to watch the credit unions come to a new core…they have so much excitement. I love being part of that new transition with them, showing them how to navigate the best way….” Because of her experience with every aspect of a conversion, Teresa has the unbeatable ability to relate to them, enabling her to provide an unparalleled level of service and support once they have been trained.
In addition to working for a core processor, Teresa has almost five years of direct experience in a credit union. Teresa wanted to work at Sharetec because she enjoys working with credit unions, and her new position will allow her to continue that work.
