Sharetec System announces they have teamed up with ProPay to provide credit unions a convenient payment solution for their members.

"Our relationship with Sharetec System will offer credit union members the latest technology, for ease and convenience of making loan payments. Borrowers can pay anytime or anywhere using a smart device, by simply replying to a text message or one-click email invoice. Credit unions pay no transaction fees. A small convenience fee is paid by members," said Dave Duncan, President of ProPay.
ProPay empowers credit union members by allowing them to pay mortgages and auto loans using their favorite Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover®, or bank account from another financial institution.

"Members want simplicity and teaming with ProPay gives Sharetec one more tool to provide our customers a simple and affordable payment solution for their members," remarked Keane Kulak, Regional Director for Sharetec. "ProPay provides one more channel to make the payment process that much easier. We are excited to see where this partnership takes us and the success we know it will bring to our credit unions."

Sharetec System announces promotion of Audra Schoenauer from Conversion Analyst to Conversion Manager for Bradford-Scott Data Corporation, a Sharetec System provider.

With 15 years’ experience working for a financial institution, Audra worked as an Accounting Department Manager for 5 of those years, learning how financial institutions survive and the processes and procedures needed to succeed.

Understanding the detail that needs to take place during a conversion is imperative at making it a success. During Audra’s time as a Conversion Analyst with Bradford-Scott, she learned the ins and outs of each conversion and has now taken that information to make Sharetec Conversions as successful as possible. Lisa Blades from Fortress FCU comments, “Audra was instrumental in our conversion to the Sharetec System. She has a great deal of dedication for what she does. She is very detail oriented and thought of things the credit union wouldn’t have during the conversion.”

Great communication between Sharetec and the credit unions has allowed Audra to better analysis the needs of not only the credit unions, but her team members as well. Recently implementing OneNote to track meeting notes and other department notes of those working on conversion projects has created an environment where team members can ask for help and have easy access to everything involved in the conversion.

Audra has taken over the Conversion Manger position for Sean McMillen due to an out of state move and with Sean being an asset to Bradford-Scott, he agreed to work as a Conversion Analyst remotely, assisting Audra with an easy transition since January. Audra has worked hard to increase efficiency and target development to make sure all new customers receive the best service possible. "Now that we have a solid foundation, one of my goals for next year is work with my team and start thinking outside of the box. We need to come up with new and improved ways to train our conversions, as well a new approach to credit union and vendor communication. I am excited to be given the opportunity to take my team to the next level," comments Audra Schoenauer.
