LINO LAKES, MN – Sharetec System, one of the fastest growing core systems that offers the technology of simplicity, announces Farm Credit Employee FCU (FCEFCU) of St. Paul, MN, has chosen Sharetec as their new core system.

Brian Lueth, President of FCEFCU, comments, "After comparing many other systems with Sharetec during an extensive review, we choose Sharetec mostly because of their functionality and cost. We have a number of members in locations away from our office and needed a core system that allowed us to provide the same level of service to members that walk in the office, and Sharetec gives us the tools to make that happen."

"Farm Credit EFCU has done an incredible job taking care of its members with the tools they have available but needed a new solution to more effectively service their requests," comments Keane Kulak, Regional Director for Sharetec System. "With the conversion to Sharetec they will be adding tools like Remote Signature for loan processing so they will no longer need to overnight documents to process a loan, offering quicker service and saving money in the process."

In addition to Remote Signature, FCEFCU also plans to offer Live Debit Cards, and Sharetec Home and Mobile Banking to serve their members better. This will be done in conjunction with switching to a Hosted deployment to lighten their technology burden and increase the staff’s efficiency.

LINO LAKES, MN – Sharetec System, one of the fastest growing core systems that offers the technology of simplicity, announces GNC Community Federal Credit Union has great success with Content Management Solution.

"Prior to the implementation of Sharetec’s Content Management Solution, my staff was having difficulty in managing and retrieving items like loan files and new account cards. Keeping these items in-house became an issue when we opened our second office. Our biggest challenge was too much time was needed to requisition hard copies of files and cards. This proved to be very time consuming. We knew something had to change and Sharetec’s Content Management Solution was exactly what we needed," comments Cheri Sabino, Loans Manager at GNC Community FCU.

With the installation of Sharetec’s Content Management Solution, GNC employees are now able to easily manage and access their loan files and new account cards from either location. They no longer have to request hard copies of their files and cards, which leaves more time to devote to providing and improving membership service. Other key benefits of the implementation include savings in costs, maximized employee efficiency, and an improved audit process.

LINO LAKES, MN Sharetec System, one of the fastest growing core systems that offers the technology of simplicity, announces their Online Portal Solution through ProPay, proves great success for Laramie Plains FCU.

"We process an average of 21 transactions each day on non-Laramie Plains FCU debit cards and credit cards. Before using ProPay with its tight integration to Sharetec, this was a manual process handled mainly by front-line staff over the phone. The time saved is now focused on building deeper relationships with members," comments Tyler Valentine, President of Laramie Plains FCU.

Members can simply enter their credit or debit card information to make their payment and the transaction is posted automatically to the loan instead of coming in as an ACH item individually. Members like that they can input payments from their computer or smartphone at a time that is convenient for them.
