LINO LAKES, MN – Sharetec System, one of the fastest growing core systems that offers the technology of simplicity, announces CLICO Credit Union Co-operative Society Limited (CLICO) of Port-of- Spain, has made the decision to implement the Sharetec core processing solution.

CLICO, led by CEO Learie Parris, conducted an extensive international search to identify a forward thinking core processing solution in order to meet the growing and changing needs of its membership and staff. Key areas of improvement included a stronger online presence to drive up the self-service channels for members through both the web and mobile platform, as well as custom reporting and increased automation in the back office to reduce costs. When the analysis of the RFP, demonstration, and pricing phase were complete, Sharetec was the clear solution that best met the credit union’s needs, which was further validated with an on-site visit to Sharetec. Additionally Mr. Parris and his staff had the opportunity to meet many of the individuals involved in Sharetec’s implementation and development, all resulting in Sharetec being selected as the new core system for CLICO.

LINO LAKES, MN – Sharetec System, one of the fastest growing core systems that offers the technology of simplicity, announces Sharetec customers have great success using Sharetec's Remote Signatures.

With everyone on the go, members are always welcoming products that are easy, simple to use, and will offer them convenience. Providing members with a solution to signing documents without having to come into the credit union is a great way to attract new members and keep current members satisfied. Sharetec’s Remote Signatures has shown great success for many Sharetec customers.

Family Focus Federal Credit Union struggled with loan documents in the past, but once they offered Remote Signatures to their members, the stress level for the staff decreased greatly. Kari Rager, VP of Sales & Lending, comments, "Follow up can take days or weeks with traditional documents, often including many hours of staff time to complete phone calls and mail documents. It was a tedious process that took at least 3-4 days before we got the paperwork back, as well as the hassle of members notarizing the documents and mailing costs. But now it only takes 5-10 minutes."

Credit union members appreciate the convenience and ease that Remote Signatures provide. LINO LAKES, MN – Sharetec System, one of the fastest growing core systems that offers the technology of simplicity, announces Memorial Health Credit Union (MHCU) in Savannah, GA, has selected Sharetec as their new core system.

"We have a long partnership with our current core system but have grown significantly since that time and know we need a new system that will provide us with endless possibilities for growth," remarks Don Hill, CEO at Memorial Health Credit Union. "The decision to switch to Sharetec will allow us to streamline a number of manual processes that slow down the staff as well as offer new services to members we currently do not have available. When combined with the Sharetec pricing and Return on Investment tools, it became clear that Sharetec is a natural fit for our credit union."
