LINO LAKES, MN – Sharetec System, one of the fastest growing core systems offering the technology of simplicity, is proud to announce that nearly half of its employees have been on the Sharetec team for over 10 years.

With over 50 employees working for Sharetec for more than a decade, it’s an impressive accomplishment for both the team members and Sharetec. These long-time employees work in a variety of areas including Conversion, Support, Accounting, and Programming. Having dedicated employees gives customers peace of mind that Sharetec has the experience and knowledge to provide them with the best support and service possible. This longevity allows customers to develop a long-standing relationship with their Sharetec representative, as well as with other team members they may need to communicate with for a variety of reasons.

Reaching their 20-year milestone this year, Tania Lowder and Michelle Huff have served Sharetec as dedicated, efficient team members, and have been of great value to Sharetec credit unions. Each day Tania and Michelle demonstrate their devotion and hard work through their continued success as part of the experienced, knowledgeable Sharetec team.

Tania Lowder currently fills the role of Quality Analyst/Director of Technical Sales Support for Sharetec. She has also held a few other positions like Tier 2 Support and Conversion Manager. As a valued team member for over two decades, Tania enjoys many aspects of her position, like meeting new people at Sharetec credit unions and problem solving, which keeps each day different and interesting.

Michelle Huff has been Sharetec’s Accounting Assistant for many years, previously holding the position of Accounts Payable Clerk. She has also had the pleasure of helping at our reception desk when needed, and working in the Office Source Forms Department. When in the office, Michelle feels as though she is working with family. Over the years she has made great connections with many co-workers, and developed valued relationships with Sharetec credit unions.

By doing so, we ensure that Sharetec continues to provide its clients with the high level of service to which they are accustomed,” comments Courtney Bowlin, Human Resource Manager/Conference Coordinator, for Sharetec.
