Sharetec continues to offer customers great service and products that not only keep them satisfied, but their members as well. During the fall of each year, Sharetec sends out a customer satisfaction survey to help find areas of improvement in order to maintain a high standard in the data processing industry, and track what is successful. For 2017, Sharetec is proud to announce a score of 9.27 out of a possible 10.

LINO LAKES, MN – Sharetec System, core technology made simple, announces Sharetec Credit Unions have great success with their Offline Processing feature.

When credit unions are without connectivity, they are unable to service their members and tellers must manually track transactions that will need to be keyed in later. With Sharetec’s Offline Processing, the potential problem no longer exists. Betsy Rhynes, President of Streator Community Credit Union comments, "After a day without internet I can’t say enough positive things in regards to Offline Processing. It made what could have been a real disaster much easier to handle."

LINO LAKES, MN – Sharetec System, core technology made simple, announces C&WJ Credit Union in Kingston, Jamaica, signs with Sharetec Core to be their new banking system.

"Our credit union went through a detailed 2 year review process in our efforts to find a robust banking platform that will allow us to offer the technology services members are demanding in the marketplace. We also wanted a partner that has our same vision for advanced technology. The board unanimously voted to move to Sharetec and we are excited to get our credit union in position to maintain our steady growth," comments Carlton Barclay, General Manager of C&WJ Credit Union.
