My Disney Experience mobile app is a must have! This mobile app helps you keep track of your plans, including dining reservations and FastPass+ selections. Plus you’ll have instant access to attraction wait times, Character Greeting locations, show times, and even an interactive map that lets you see what is happening near you at the moment.

What Is a MagicBand and Why Do I Need one?

MagicBands are wristbands resembling a watch that you can quickly touch to a sensor called a touch point. MagicBands are used to unlock your hotel room, enter theme parks (with valid admission), check in at FastPass+ entrances, connect Disney PhotoPass images to your account, and charge food and merchandise purchases to your Disney Resort hotel room.

How do I get a MagicBand?

You’ll receive a complimentary MagicBand if you have made a reservation at Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resorts for the Sharetec event.

Important: If you plan to use Disney’s Magical Express, a complimentary motorcoach service from Orlando International Airport to Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resorts, do NOT pack your MagicBands in your checked luggage! Keep them accessible instead. 

Where Can I Buy Theme Park Tickets?

Attendees of the Sharetec Conference can purchase park tickets at a discounted rate. Admission to one theme park after 5pm is $59.15. Admission to one theme park after 1pm is $88.26.

How Can I Avoid Long Wait Times at Rides and Attractions?

FastPass+ is a system for reserving attraction times at the theme parks. With a FastPass+ reservation, instead of waiting in the regular line for a ride/attraction, you’re directed to a special line with a shorter wait time. FastPass+ can be used for popular attractions and Character Greetings too.

How do I make a FastPass+ reservation?

You can make a FastPass+ reservation in advance online or by using the My Disney Experience mobile app.  

When can I make my FastPass+ selections?

With the purchase of a theme park ticket, you can make your selections as early as 30 days before you arrive – starting at 7:00a.m. Eastern Time. However, if you have made a reservation to stay at Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resorts for the Sharetec Users Conference, you can make your FastPass+ selections up to 60 days prior to check-in! Those checking in on September 15th can begin making FastPass+ selections as early as July 17, 2019!

How many FastPass+ selections am I allowed to make?

You can secure up to 3 FastPass+ selections per day in advance either online or using the My Disney Experience mobile app, or for the same day at an in-park FastPass+ kiosk.

Dining at Walt Disney World®…Plan Ahead!

Dining reservations can be made at all of the Walt Disney World® table service restaurants 180 days in advance of your hotel reservation. Go ahead and make dining plans for the duration of your stay. Reservations can be made online or by using the My Disney Experience mobile app. It is highly recommended that you make your reservations in advance! Be advised that there may be a cancellation fee for no-shows. Those checking in on September 15th can begin making dining reservations as early as March 19, 2019. Note: To dine at a restaurant inside a theme park requires a theme park ticket. 

Airport Transportation

Orlando International Airport (MCO) ground transportation includes taxi, Uber, Lyft, private car service, rental cars, and the Magical Express. Magical Express is a complimentary motorcoach service to and from Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resorts.

Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB) ground transportation includes taxi, rental car, Lyft, Uber, and private car service.

Note: Magical Express does not stop at Orlando Sanford Int’l Airport (SFB)

How do I get a seat on the Magical Express?

When booking your hotel room at Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resorts, reserve your seat on the Magical Express. Approximately 2-3 weeks prior to your arrival you will receive more information about Magical Express as well as special luggage tags in the mail. Remember, do NOT pack your MagicBands in your checked bags!

Please note that if you choose to use the special Magical Express luggage tags that will arrive in the mail, be advised, your luggage will travel separately from you and may take up to 3 hours after you arrive at your hotel to be delivered to your room. You do not have to use this service. Do NOT use the special luggage tags if you prefer to claim your luggage at baggage claim and bring it with you on the Magical Express.

Park Transportation

Is there transportation from the resort to the parks?

Yes, transportation from the resort to the theme parks as well as Disney Springs® is included with your resort reservation. There is a bus stop located near the front entrance of Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resorts.
